Stories founder, Margaret Parkin,
is an internationally accomplished and highly-respected learning and
development consultant, best-selling author and executive coach. Her
first book, 'Tales for Trainers' is an international best-seller, and
was the first of its kind in the UK. She says; 'People remember stories.

What we do
BUSINESS COACHING
We work on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis with senior
and middle managers to help them clarify and achieve their goals, build
self esteem, manage staff more effectively, give memorable
presentations, resolve conflict or improve team effectiveness.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We run half and full day workshops in
leadership, management and personal development, designed to address
your particular requirements, using stories and metaphors as a key part
of the learning methodology. We also run public Masterclass workshops in
business storytelling designed for HR managers, Training managers, OD
managers and Coaches.
CONSULTANCY
We use narrative research techniques with
staff and customers to determine the ‘health’ of an organisation; we
also identify, gather and craft ‘Success Stories’ from your customers
and staff to be used for internal and external marketing purposes – to
enhance your website or intranet, for press releases, in sales and
marketing presentations, newsletters, team meetings etc.
KEYNOTE SPEECHES
Margaret is an accredited speaker with
Women Speakers’ Agency, the UK and Europe’s Premier Speaker Bureau
promoting the most outstanding women speakers and conference
hosts/facilitators.
