Margaret is partnering with York St John Business School to provide training for Yorkshire and Humberside entrepreneurs.

As part of the ‘Top teams’ initiative, these specially subsidised workshops are designed for business people in Yorkshire and Humberside to help you develop your business, especially during tough and uncertain times.

Workshop - How to engage and mobilise your staff – particularly during tough times

The purpose of this workshop is to provide you with up to the minute ideas and techniques to ensure that you understand how to communicate, motivate and engage your staff to give of their best

The workshop will include the following areas:

• ‘Engagement’ – the latest fad or a meaningful strategy?
• What employee engagement does for business performance
• How to ensure you and your employees are on the same wavelength
• Motivation – is the same for all of us?
• Keeping staff motivated and mobilised – without breaking the bank!

Who should attend: Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Business Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, Executive, Leaders, who want to improve their management skills and learn with peers.
